Returns & Exchanges

At Ninepine, we want you to feel confident in your movement; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the status of your refund or exchange.
